At The Core

We recently spent 4 nights at Hotel Xcaret Mexico as part of our preparations for our group trip in October 2022.  We visited Xel-Ha, Tulum, did the Xenotes tour, and spent time exploring at the resort – Hotel Xcaret Mexico.

The resort is beautiful with 10 pools and two rivers, plus right on the beach.  It is unlike any other resort in the area with neat architecture and a fun jungle/tropical vibe. 

The best part of Hotel Xcaret Mexico is their All-Fun Inclusive concept.  It is truly like a Mexican Walt Disney World with numerous parks and tours that are included with your stay.  While we did a few parks, there are many more to explore, including Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xavage, Xoximilco, and Xenses, plus tours at Xichen and Xoba as well. 

Overall, it’s a wonderful resort and we share some tips and tricks, including our favorite restaurants, details about the parks we experienced, and information about the wristbands and the Xelfie photo packages. 

Crushed It

This week’s travel favorite is 5 pineapple rings and is water shoes. These are a must for the parks and Hotel Xcaret Mexico!  Jamie bought a pair and forgot them and was not pleased to have to buy another pair at the hotel gift shop!
