Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser

Have you been thinking about taking the two-day all-immersive experience on Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser?  Well, we think you would LOVE it!  This is a land-only, two-day experience.  It is time to get pumped up and think of a back story for your group and plan out some costume ideas! 

It is highly recommended to stay at a Walt Disney World resort the night before you embark on this journey.  On arrival day, be dressed in costume and arrive between 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm.  We recommend adding Memory Maker to your reservation to get some great photos of you in character!  Once onboard, take a tour of the ship and enjoy meeting the crew.   Make sure to download the PlayDisney mobile app as you will use your datapad (a.k.a. your cell phone) to complete your missions while onboard as well as receive important messages and communicate with the crew.

Costumes!!!  You don’t necessarily have to dress in costume, but most guests get into character!  We bought black faux leather pants and a grey casual lapel open-front sleeveless vest jacket with a belt and boots for arrival day.  We then continued the rest of our costuming to align with our back story.

We are four sisters from the planet Corellia.  Human Corellians are known for their wanderlust.  We like to explore the galaxy and when we heard about the Halcyon we had to come for a visit.  We also heard that the Millennium Falcon may be on the Planet Batuu so we would love to see it on our voyage. We thought maybe we could see how fast it could travel.  After all, Corellians are known for their shipbuilding.  We are travelers (Travel Agents) who love to explore!

While on the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, the best way to get as much out of the experience is participating in and completing your missions. Your mission will align with one of four storylines; Resistance, First Order, Smuggler, and Force Sensitive.  We wouldn’t suggest trying to shift storylines in the middle of your voyage as you may miss out on some of the important missions on a particular storyline. This is a very immersive experience. 

Thirty days before arrival, your itinerary will be loaded to your datapad via the PlayDisney mobile app. On your second day, you can get off the ship and explore Planet Batuu as well as experience a few of the rides in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.  While on Planet Batuu, you will have a few missions to complete so keep that in mind if you are thinking you will explore the other offerings of Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios.
