Travel Agent Extraordinaire! I was lucky enough to be on the same cruise (Royal Caribbean’s fabulous Icon of the Seas) with Alissa and her family last week when Hurricane Beryl caused our itinerary to shift from Eastern Caribbean to Yucatán Peninsula and threw our carefully planned excursions and activities out the window. Alissa gave us a heads up about the pending changes while we were still route to Miami and continued to check in and offer help throughout the trip. Even though she was vacationing with her family, she was still going above and beyond to take care of her clients. We had planned a cupcake decorating class for one of our sea days that got cancelled when the port itinerary changed. Not something we would be likely to reschedule at another date. Alissa jumped into action to get us into a class, even offering to teach it herself if the ship could provide space and materials. (I learned that she also is a professionally trained chef!) I don’t know when I’ve ever been so touched by someone really trying to make everything perfect for me at their own inconvenience. There’s no way I’d even consider booking a trip without Alissa at this point. I know I’ve found the very best!

Alissa is the absolute BEST! She helped my husband and I plan an Orlando getaway where we stayed at both Universal and Disney. Neither of us have been recently and she took all the guesswork and stress of traveling/planning out of everything. She helped us plan everything from the hotel, to park events, to dinning reservations. She made sure we were able to attend both of the theme park holiday events as well as see the Candlelight Vigil with Eva Longoria at Epcot. She called the Disney resort to ensure they had everything we needed for our stay there and because of her amazing service the hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade to the Innkeeper’s Club. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we knew our itinerary and to see if we had any concerns along the way. We are looking forward to planning our next family trip with her.
