This week, Jamie and Sharon discuss their family’s recent adventure to Cancun! 

At The Core

Sharon and Jamie traveled to Dreams Playa Mujeres with their families for a week over the 4^th of July.  Jamie and Sharon discuss how even though they have traveled together, their families had not met, and the dynamic with the kids, as well as the highlights of the resort and their excursions.

Traveling with 5 kids is always entertaining but Eli, RayLee, Bo, Clara, and Anna made it all a lot of fun.  There are so many fun kid activities at the resort, including waterslides, a splash/play area for younger kids, numerous pools, beach, teen club, kid’s club, movie night, and other activities.  The kids loved it and ate enough ice cream for 20 people!

Their families did several excursions, including visiting Tulum, Coba, Chichen Itza, a cenote swim, parasailing, and a day at Xcaret.

Food at Dreams Playa Mujeres is also discussed  – including our favorites and not-so favorites!

Planning for tipping is also important.  Jamie and Sharon break down how they tipped during their trip and how they involved the kids in the process.

We are so impressed by this Solar Recovery Spray!  We definitely think this should be called “miracle spray” and is a must-have for any beach vacation!
