Traveling with little ones can be anxiety producing and stressful! This week Laura and Jamie discuss their experiences traveling with little ones and give some helpful tips and tricks to make it more enjoyable for the entire family!

Slice of Life

Laura stays busy raising three young children, volunteering at her son’s preschool a few mornings a week, and selling travel. Her kiddos have been lucky enough to be in school throughout this year and they have not had COVID issues.

Jamie’s kiddos recently returned to in-person school. Both Laura and Jamie are hopeful for more normalcy in the coming months.

At The Core

Traveling with little ones can be a challenge but Laura and Jamie both have firsthand experiences to share from traveling with their trios. Laura’s kiddos are still young, with the youngest in preschool, but they have cruised on both Royal Caribbean and Disney Cruise Line, as well as experienced several road trip adventures. Laura gives some tips and tricks for how she keeps her kiddos happy on the road and stresses the importance of being flexible when traveling.

Jamie was initially scared to travel with her trio, but after their first trip to Walt Disney World when her twin girls were 2 and her son was 4, they haven’t looked back. They have traveled all over the world including most of Europe and South Africa. Jamie stresses that even though travel may be different with kids in tow, it’s worth it for the lasting memories and experiences you’ll have with your family.

Crushed It

This week’s travel favorite is 4 Pineapple Rings is a Skip Hop Diaper Bag! Jamie also recommends this larger bag for plane travel.

Jamie had an older style of this diaper bag when her trio was little and they started traveling. Both Laura and Jamie recommend diaper bags that can be worn as backpacks to allow for hands-free options when traveling with littles.
