Are you heading to the most Magical Place on Earth or are you considering booking a Walt Disney World vacation with Pineapple Escapes? When you arrive, you will be greeted by characters and will enjoy action-packed rides for the thrill seekers and nice safari rides for the less adventurous. Either way there is definitely something for everyone! Each park has kid rides and family-friendly rides for all ages! The excitement in the kids’ eyes meeting their favorite character is the most heartwarming experience!
The iconic castle is located on Main Street as you walk in! You must get your picture in front of the castle! Magic Kingdom is a great park for all ages. Tomorrowland is where you can find Dumbo, Barnstormer, and the Carousel to name a few for the little ones. Head down Main Street toward Fantasyland and hop on Peter Pan’s Flight and “it’s a small world” – two great rides! Then make your way over to the Haunted Mansion and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train for a few of you thrill seekers! When you go to Frontierland, you must cool down on Splash Mountain and then dry off as you zip fast through Big Thunder Mountain! Finally making your way back toward the castle you will want to stop in Adventureland to ride Pirates of the Caribbean and Jungle Cruise! Don’t forget to meet the Princesses in the meet and greet area near the Carousel!
It’s time to walk around the World and experience food and drink from the different countries! So what’s new? Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is one of the newest rides in EPCOT. Height requirement is 42 inches. What a thrill! Looking for another newer ride that’s more calm? Well, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will be a great option for you and the kiddos! Some favorites are still Spaceship Earth, Soarin’ Around the World, Test Track, and Frozen Ever After. EPCOT has a little bit of everything for all ages as well.
This park by far is the largest park to walk around. However, you will get to see live animals and enjoy rides for all ages too. Kilimanjaro Safaris is still a great ride to see the animals while you sit and relax! For the thrill seekers Expedition Everest is for you! Are you hot and need to cool down? Hop on Kali River Rapids. One of the more popular areas is Pandora. Here you can ride Avatar Flight of Passage and Na’vi River Journey. The wait time might be long, but it is definitely worth it! However, make sure to stop back at night as this place glows with excitement! Another must is to get your picture in front of the famous Tree of Life in Discovery Island. The show at night on the Tree is spectacular! Do your kids love dinosaurs? Take them on the Dinosaur ride and then let them meet the interactive T-Rex! Warning – you might get scared by him!
Let the fun begin as you take a ride with Aerosmith on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster! While seeking adventure hop on Tower or Terror! Then walk down Hollywood Boulevard to Toy Story Land. The kids will love this area as they can ride Slinky Dog Dash and compete against each other on Toy Story Mania! Before heading to Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge, stop on by and enjoy Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway! Star Wars rides are quiet a cool experience. Definitely ride Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance! While in this area, it is fun to see the characters like the Storm Troopers and Darth Vader, but my favorite is Chewbacca!
Did you know Walt Disney World Resort has two waterparks? Take a break from the theme parks and head to a waterpark to cool off! We all know Florida is HOT! The kids will loves the waterslides, pools, lazy rivers, and splash pad areas.
Want to do some shopping? This is the place to be! You will find almost every brand of clothing stores, Lego store, Disney store, candy stores, Build-A-Bear, and many restaurants. Have you ever wanted to ride in a hot air balloon? Well, now is your chance! So much to do and explore!
